NQAs Sue Parker featured in Gulf News

Sue Parker, NQAs Senior Manager (Qualifications Framework) presented a conference paper at Arab Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education conference on Thursday 15th December.

Along with Shaikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan (Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research), Dr Victoria Lindsay (UK Open University) and Nick Harris (international advisor), Sue was quoted in a Gulf News article that called for clear principles and benchmarks for quality education.

Sue spoke about the importance of ensuring UAE students achieve an outcome that is equal to the quality of those of their worldwide peers as well as need for on-the-job training opportunities for higher education students so they can practice what they learn.
